The condition we state is the condition you get
Every device is checked and tested before shipping. The grade only describes cosmetic condition: functionality is fully checked, whatever the grade.
New device, never used. The packaging may have been opened, or the device comes from a kit whose items are sold separately.
No scratches or impact marks visible to the naked eye. Screen, lenses, joysticks and contacts intact.
A few barely visible micro-scratches from use. No impacts or deep scratches. Lenses and screen flawless.

Are pre-owned products tested?
Yes. Drone, remote controller, batteries and accessories are checked before shipping: motors, sensors, cameras and gimbal, transmission, battery cell health. The device is cleaned, updated and unlinked from any previous DJI account.
What's the difference between Grade A+ and Grade A?
Only the appearance. Both grades are tested the same way and work perfectly. Grade A may show light micro-scratches from use, hence a lower price.
What guarantee do I get on a pre-owned device?
The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity applies to new and pre-owned devices alike: DroneExpert is your point of contact, not the manufacturer.
How much is delivery?
Mondial Relay pickup-point delivery is free from €25. Your parcel travels at our risk until you receive it.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days after delivery to withdraw, with no reason needed. You can unpack, switch on and inspect the device just as you would in a store.
How does the drone trade-in work?
